Description
Property management company looking for a reliable employee to take care of grounds, perform maintenance requests, and help with cleaning and apartment turns. Must be proficient with some plumbing, electric, carpentry, painting, and cleaning. For the right candidate, we will be happy to train someone with basic knowledge to get them to a proficient level.
Must be able to lift 60 pounds are more on a regular basis. Job can be very strenuous.
We are looking for someone to work full time but we can be flexible for the right employee. We are unable to provide benefits at this time. Must have own vehicle and basic tools. We do compensate for mileage.
