Brick foundation repointing

Description

I am seeking a mason to re-point a brick foundation (total sq ft 300 sq ft). The mason must remove old water proofing coat. Clean out old mortar (lime/sand mix) to a ½ and 1 inch depth. Repoint joints with new mortar (lime/sand mix) after wetting wall. Repointed area must be covered 48 hours to allow joints to cure. After joints have cured, mason shall clean and apply new water proof coating (masterseal 581 by BASF). Material will be provided.
