This operation is looking to hire someone who is seeking long-term employment with an opportunity to learn and grow within the business. Housing and competitive compensation are available for the right candidate. Must be RELIABLE! Qualifications: • Previous cow handling experience. Must be able to demonstrate the proper way to handle animals. • High school diploma, GED or equivalent. • Strong team player with good communication skills • Knowledge of animal health and how to identify and treat sick animals. • Team-oriented, solid communication skills with a no-excuse can do attitude. • Able to work in the external environmental conditions and work standing for up to 8 hours per day. • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and do all the physical activities associated with moving, milking and sorting of animals. • Milker: milking cows AM and/or PM. • Feed Mixer: operating equipment (tractor, TMR wagon, skidloader) to mix feed for the cows and maintain a clean trench face. • MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION and come to work!
