SALARY BASED (+ADDED COMMISSION INCENTIVES!) Rare Career Opportunity! The business was founded about 35 years ago and is running stronger than ever. At full output, we cover the full state of NJ while running about nine mobile units and two full scale shops. In addition to repair and replacement, we are at the forefront of the ADAS Recalibration sector with a fully converted shop focused on it. One of our two physical locations is in urgent need of a manager. It is a two-bay garage (+office) located on a major highway with plenty of action. Generally, it has always been managed by a highly skilled and seasoned technician who also performs the majority of the work brought in. It is full time, 730AM-5PM. Auto glass replacement skills are not mandated for the position, as there are always technicians available to assist. Instead, it is "auto related management" experience we are after. We can fill the void of an experienced technician and train candidates in being such. . Candidates will ultimately be running their own shop (booking their own work, answering all incoming calls/acting as the shops CSR, using computer software to identify parts, ordering parts, creating work orders, etc...) and orchestrating their own days in a fully autonomous manner with as much or as little support is needed from our flagship facility.
