Description Position Summary: Warehouse Coordinator position focused on controlling the flow of work throughout the facility, inbound & outbound, in a safe and efficient manner. This is an entry level leadership role, with opportunities for development & advancement.   3rd shift, Sun-Thur, 10:30pm-7:00am   Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 - Paid in three increments $500 after 31 days $500 after 61 days $500 after 91 days   Primary Responsibilities: Utilize LOGICS WMS to assign tasks Communicate effectively with Penske/Customer transportation teams & Customer manufacturing Complete and verify shipping paperwork (BOLs, CCIs, etc) Complete various reports on a daily basis & ad hoc Monitor & adhere to set shipping schedule Monitor and direct spotters via voice radio Monitor & direct fork/clamp truck operators via voice radio Monitor & verify accuracy of inbound/outbound trailer data entered in LOGICS Report all operational, systemic, and other issues that could impact our ability to deliver on operational commitments made to our customer Qualifications: • 2 years of general office experience required • 1 year of customer service experience required • High School diploma or equivalent required • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required • AS400 experience preferred • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job • Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening.
