I am looking for a companion for my gorgeous Texas Heeler. Her name is Zelda and she is 8 years young. She is the BEST dog I’ve ever owned and I’m ready to get her a sweet friend. Her perfect companion would be a smaller dog that is well-adjusted to life with small children and other dogs. Preferrably one that enjoys hiking, but that isn’t a deal breaker. I feed Zelda Wellness brand dog food (1st ingredient is deboned chicken) and natural duck jerkey treats. She gets walked twice a day and we hike on the weekends. I’m itching to spoil another little floof!
