Landscaper wanted for a project in Breckenridge that is mostly hardscape. The job includes 1. Clean up back yard of weeds. 2. Re-install few concrete blocks that became wiggly after the winter. 3. Add concrete caps (sold by Lowes) to existing concrete block steps and retaining walls. 4. Cover existing flat dirt patio and pathways about 400 sq.f. with natural stones on a bed of sand (no use of concrete or mortar) Spacing 2"- 4" 5. Spread local grass and flower seeds between stones. 6. Plant 5 spruce trees.
