Townhome HOA in Boulder is seeking a part-time, year-round maintenance tech **If interested, please include in your response** 1. Three personal and/or professional references Job Summary: Reliable maintenance technician to perform maintenance, cleaning and repair to building exteriors, grounds and HOA facilities. This position works under limited supervision, is responsible for a variety of activities and reports to the HOA Manager. The goal here is stay productive while keeping it relaxed and never stressful. Hours: 3 days/week guaranteed More hours available May-November Flexible schedule Requirements: Experience as a maintenance tech, handyman or similar Experience with exterior building repairs, fencing, drywall, and painting Irrigation or pool maintenance experience a plus, but will train the right person Ability to lift 50 lbs. Must be legally employable in the state of Colorado Must understand and speak English
