A family owned and operated property management company based in Providence, RI has an immediate opening for a full-time Painter. We own and manage 500+ residential multi-family apartment units located throughout the Greater Providence Area and have been in business for 40+years. This position entails getting apartments into move-in condition when there’s a change in tenant. A typical turnover requires painting or touching-up of the interior walls and ceilings, replacing blinds and switch plate covers, etc.. We have a separate repair and cleaning staff. Job Responsibilities: • Interior Painting of Apartments Units • Painting Hallways & Laundry Rooms • General Maintenance & Light Duty Repairs • Required hours Monday through Friday 8:00AM – 4:30PM. Qualifications: • Must have a minimum of 3+ years of Painting experience. • Valid RI Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation. • Pass background criminal check. Compensation: • Up to $20.00 Per Hour Based on Experience. • Blue Cross / Blue Shield plan available paid in-part by Company. • 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match. • Paid Vacation & Sick Days. • Gas Allowance.
