Volunteers needed to move mattress

I'm getting a second hand, replacement mattress. Therefore, 1 or 2 volunteers are needed to move my current mattress off of the bed frame and into my living room, which is about 20 feet away. I have no true friends to help me. I have tried, but, I am simply not physically strong enough to move it alone. Would anyone be willing to volunteer just a few minutes of your time and talents in order to help me? It would be very much appreciated.
