We caretake for approximately 250 apartments and houses in the Twin Ports area and we also purchase foreclosure properties, fix them up and then rent them out. I am in search of another employee who can do and knows how to do most things such as painting, cleaning, sheetrock, mudding, flooring, electrical, plumbing, roofs, doors, outside work, cabinetry, carpentry, etc.
Must have tools, cel. phone, and a truck.
Rental property maintenance experience preferred
Will be paid hourly and willing to pay what you are worth.
Criminal background checks are required because there will be work done in occupied apartments.
