GreenTech Lawn Care is looking for a person to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated and trustworthy. GreenTech Lawn Care is a professional lawn care company that is seeking an individual to be an assistant to our Crew Leader/supervisor. You will be working primarily Monday through Friday with Saturday and Sunday being possible make-up dates due to rain. This is a FULL TIME position with 35-40 hours/week.This job is YEAR ROUND as we will hang Christmas lights.Serving the Springfield area we are a fast growing company looking for candidates who match our values and vision.For the position of Crew Leader Assistant, main job duties include: -Proper operation of lawn equipment (mowers, trimmers, blower)-Contributing and helping direct team on landscaping jobs-Assisting the Crew Leader with daily routing in truck-Bringing a positive attitude to the job daily-Cleaning out trailer at the end of each day-Clearly communicating needs/concerns to manager when necessary-Occasionally speaking with clients in a professional, friendly manner The ideal candidate requirements: -At least 18 years of age-A valid driver's license with a clean driving record-Be able to pass a background check-Have one or more years of experience in the lawn care industry-Hold a high school diploma-A reliable source of transportation to work-Reliable, on time, professional appearance and demeanor while working-Attention to detail and client needs while operating lawn equipment Compensation will be bi-weekly with the chance to earn bonuses based on bringing in new business. Compensation will be based on experience.
