Perform maintenance, equipment operation, grounds and housekeeping tasks necessary to maintain plant sites, buildings, grounds and equipment managed by regional business entities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Ensure housekeeping is maintained and that the equipment is running properly. • Assist plant manager with all tasks as needed, follow the instructions and perform duties as assigned. • Maintain cleanliness under conveyors. • Help Test Concrete at the plant. • Make concrete blocks. • Able to lift up to 50 pounds. • Perform all duties in a safe manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures. • Ability to follow instructions, maintain good housekeeping around the plant site. • Ability to work Monday through Friday including Saturdays as the business requires. • Maintain equipment in proper working order. • Maintain an effective system of communications with supervisors, drivers and crew, peers, operators, and customers serviced. • Use safe practices in all activities. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:  REQUIRED: High School Diploma /GED REQUIRED: Prior work experience preferred working in or around heavy equipment, or construction.
