Our Facilities Specialist is responsible for making sure that our buildings and their services meet the needs of the people that work in them. Facilities Specialists are accountable for services such as safety, security, preventative and reactionary maintenance to ensure the surrounding environment is in a suitable condition to work. They are responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of buildings so that they meet health and safety standards, including Wyld Food Safety standards. Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule! ** PLEASE APPLY USING LINK BELOW ** Duties and Responsibilities: • Assist with equipment and facility repairs and monitor equipment performance • Maintain adequate equipment inventory • Maintain grounds • Vehicle Maintenance • Track and document all vehicle maintenance (oil changes, coolant, tire pressure, battery life, lights etc.), changes and additions • Perform or schedule repairs • Consistently and regularly test and check all systems, fluids, hardware and software • Report safety and quality concerns regarding warehouse facility, equipment, and inventory to manager • Assist in performing repairs, upgrades, and maintenance for buildings and equipment including, but not limited to: carpentry, electrical, mechanical, painting, plastering, drywalling, plumbing, and HVAC repair work. Qualifications: • At least 1 year of related experience in facilities and fleet maintenance; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Some experience in building maintenance preferred including: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc. • Must have some experience in fleet maintenance including: small engines, heavy equipment, and light trucks. • Must have previous experience as a problem solver that thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment who possesses a high attention to detail, prioritization, time management and organizational skills with a positive, goal orientated attitude. Must be highly motivated and target driven. Active Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) Marijuana Worker’s Permit required.
