We're looking to add an experienced carpet cleaning technician to our team. We offer excellent compensation, quality equipment and vehicles and lots of autonomy. We’re a local high quality carpet cleaning company who provides exceptional customer experiences. Our technicians clean carpet, upholstery and tile and grout. We also offer carpet stretching and repair as well as water restoration services so we’re always looking for those skills as well. We service primarily residential customers in and around Denver with some commercial customers too. You’ll primarily work by yourself. Arriving at the shop each day, you'll have your jobs to complete. You'll be responsible for driving between scheduled appointments, meeting customers in their homes and places of business. You will have a high degree of personal responsibility and won't be micromanaged, however expect to be held to a high standard of quality. We clean carpet very thoroughly right and expect our technicians to take their time and do exceptional work. We service a lot of high end accounts and cutting corners simply does not work here. Our compensation is generous including a base hourly rate based on your experience. We offer medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401k. Employment Details - Hourly wages ($20 – $25 starting, depending on experience and skills) with commissions paid at 35% for any additional upsold work. - Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, 401k (with 100% match on the first 3% contributed and 50% on the next 2% contributed) - Our technicians average over $25-30 hr. after bonuses and tips. Top performers consistently exceed $35/hr. - 5 day work weeks with flexible scheduling. We’re closed on Sunday. Requirements - Experience professionally cleaning carpets and running truck mounted and portable machines - Clean cut and professional - Friendly, hard working and polite. You’ll be meeting with customers, answering their questions, and working in their homes and businesses. - Able to perform physical work and some periodic lifting over 50 lbs. - A clean driving record (background checks performed) Additional Desired Skills - IICRC Certifications - Carpet stretching / carpet repair skills - Water restoration skills
