Murphy Wall Products is hiring IMMEDIATELY for the following position: production labor Job Description Summary: Hand stack and band various packages of finished product as required. Forklift experience is a plus. Random drug testing is required for safety purposes. • Strictly follow instructions • Pick-up and prepare manufacturing schedule daily • Fill, seal, and stack boxes/bags properly and neatly • Write down the actual counts of boxes per batch on production floor sheet • Notify the supervisor of any errors, differences, or irregularities in product • Get pallets used for stacking finished material when needed • Get bundles of empty boxes/bags when needed • Notify the supervisor of any equipment problems • Assist the mixer if needed • Clean area at the end of shift • Training new employees in station • Be prepared for job rotation if needed • Use safety equipment when required and follow all safety rules • Follow all company policies and procedures • Other duties as needed Benefits: Employees are eligible for paid vacation, company paid profit sharing, health, dental, and life insurance and paid holidays.
