Loot Rentals is hiring an Assistant Warehouse Manager with impeccable attention to detail for our Austin HQ! This position will be the right hand man or woman to our Warehouse Manager, assisting with the prepping of inventory for client orders, loading and unloading trucks, managing inventory software, and coordinating in-house and outsourced delivery crews. The ideal candidate will bring energy, a great attitude, and problem solving skills to Loot’s Austin warehouse. This is a full time, non-exempt hourly position and is benefits eligible.

Job Duties:
Stage, load, and unload delivery trucks with furniture rental items — furniture may include: sofas, tables, bookshelves, rugs, plants, and chairs
Clean and prep furniture rental items before delivery
Account for every item going out on delivery
Clean and check-in furniture rental items upon delivery return
Occasionally helping with deliveries on high volume weekends
Regular maintenance and inventory checks to keep items in great condition
Manage inventory counts and availability within Goodshuffle, our inventory software
Oversee weekend delivery operation and outsourced crews
Must have:
Availability to work a Thursday through Monday work schedule
Clean driving record and ability to drive 16’ - 26’ box trucks
Reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to regularly lift 50+ lbs
Attention to detail
Respect for customers and colleagues
Excellent customer service
High school diploma or greater
Expected start date: June 21st
