Acoustic Guitarist with Backup Vocals Seeks Singer for Duo

I'm early 50's, with solid ability, experience, and gear. Looking for a vocalist who likes turning our favorite songs into acoustic versions. Think unplugged Foo, STP, Floyd, R.E.M., Cornell, BNL, Counting Crows, MB20, Pearl Jam, GnR, Zeppelin, Weezer, Cure, 80’s, 90’s, Grunge, etc., whatever you can sing. I’d like to play with someone who is already a fan of these bands and these types of music. I am currently involved in another music project, but looking for a side acoustic project, and could commit to once a week (+/-) practice, with a goal of playing small gigs. Ideally, you would already be in the NW-ish part of town (driving across town is tough on somebody), but not a dealbreaker. We would also need to find a practice space. I already have 50+ songs that I think would lend themselves nicely to acoustic, but I want your suggestions and input. If you can also play guitar, percussion, shakers, or something, it’s a plus, but also not a dealbreaker. If it seems like we might be a fit, then we’ll go from there.
