We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform the following duties: Perform basic repairs on building Perform light plumbing, painting, plastering and electrical Operate forklift, scissor lift and pallet jack Move furniture, pallets and equipment when requested Maintain landscape and parking structure in good appearance Purchase items needed for small repairs at local hardware stores Take recycling materials to recycling center Maintain tools, supply closets, outdoor sheds and warehouse in an organized and clean fashion Install small fixtures as needed Assist in spill clean up and containment Maintain company vehicle in good working order Other duties as needed Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 5 years experience doing maintenance work in similar type of environment Basic knowledge in plumbing, painting, plastering and electrical Valid driver's license and a good driving record. Demonstrate good judgement and the ability to trouble shoot Ability to work according to schedule under minimal supervision Must have a good work ethic Must be dependable and adhere to attendance policy Job Type: Full-time
