QUALIFICATIONS: No previous embroidery experience required. We will train the right person with the right attitude. Previous employers will be contacted. Must be flexible with total weekly hours. 20-40+ Experience on multi-head machine is a huge plus. Must be extremely detail-oriented and have a great eye for quality embroidery. The willingness and desire to figure out what needs to be done on ANY project given to you without requiring your hand to be held. A genuine interest in giving people a great product. A positive outlook and attitude. No jerks, please. Highly motivated, reliable, and productive. We have a great atmosphere here and we enjoy ourselves, but expectations on quality and efficiency are high. If you have experience in this industry, you know that it is fast-paced and we need to be as efficient as possible. Great attention to detail is a must. Must speak, read, and write fluently in English. Other languages are a bonus. Must be legal to work in the United States. This is automatically checked with E-Verify when we hire anyone. CENTRAL DUTIES: Embroidering on four head and single head machines. Uphold productivity and strict quality standards. Communicating clearly with front office and production staff about questions or issues. Updating tasks in our shop management software Basic maintenance. Keep work area very neat & organized.
