Deschutes Roofing Company, LLC CCB #214443 Office: 541.241.5720 We're looking to hire an Attic Insulation Sales Representative to join our growing company. Responsibilities: Run qualified residential leads, generated & set by the company Curate estimates based on findings/calculations at lead appointments Generate leads and build a network with our brand Diagnose problems and customer concern areas and deliver a solution proposal on site Follow up with prospects after each appointment, sale and installation to nurture relationship Determine proper insulation type and quantity (in sheet, tubular, or roll form), such as fiberglass, foam rubber, Styrofoam, cork, or urethane, based on material's ability to retain heat, location, surface, shape, and equipment use Attend weekly sales team meetings Other duties as assigned Qualifications: 1-3 years of previous Sales experience in related field preferred High School diploma or equivalent Commitment to Customer Service Self-Motivated and eager to lead Read and write proficiently English fluency Able to climb ladders and lift 30 pounds The ideal candidate must also have strong listening, follow-up, and closing skills.
