Brothers Services is immediately hiring for a Siding Field Quality Manager! You will be responsible for controlling every stage of siding project installations or repairs to residences. You will be able to complete projects on time and within budget, while ensuring that siding teams work in safe conditions. Here's the job responsibilities: • Keep scheduled appointments with customers • Read and understand scope of work from service ticket • Complete accurate and legible service tickets in compliance with company standards • Follow all written and verbal directions including diagrams • Obtain required materials listed from the scope of work • Explain to customer the service procedures and answer questions • Prepare job site for safety, cleanliness, and damage prevention • Perform general light carpentry repairing siding, soffit and fascia, general siding repairs and punch-out items • Remove and disassemble existing gutters, downspouts, and toppers • Install new gutters, downspouts, and toppers • Perform thorough cleanup restoring site to original or improved conditions • Make recommendations to customers about additional repairs or services • Collect service payments from customers • Respond to service call backs as required by the customer and scheduled by the company Monday-Friday 6:30am-5:00pm We offer weekly pay, great benefits, and use of a company vehicle!
