Looking to have the below repairs completed immediately: 1. Secure lifting shingles on left side of roof 2. Replace damaged gutter on right side 3. Lengthen downspout to discharge water away from property 4. Tuckpoint bricks on right front corner Must be able to complete two of the listed items.
