General contractor looking to hire general construction and property maintenance labor. Duties will include but are not limited to: Mowing, weed pulling, shoveling, tree trimming, decks, fencing, landscaping, retaining walls, and remodeling. Must have reliable transportation. Must have proper PPE. Gloves, boots, safety glasses, etc. Must be punctual. Must be U.S. citizen or be eligible to work in the U.S. and speak fluent English. Must have clean and neat appearance. Labor positions start at $16.00 per hr with fuel reimbursement and will be a 1099 position. There is a two week trial period to assess your knowledge and abilities. Raises are possible after the first two weeks. If you enjoy being outside and like to be able to do something different from job to job I would like to hear from you.
