Maxus Properties is seeking to fill a Maintenance Technician position at Pinnacle Woods Apartments in Lawrence, Kansas. Duties include, but are not limited to: Repairs including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and lighting. Preparing units for move-ins. Completing service orders. Taking emergency calls. Assist with controlling stock and inventory. Assisting with safety inspections. Education: High School diploma, GED or related experience and/or training. Experience in the Property Management industry and HVAC certification are both required. Qualifications: Ability to climb stairs, lift up to weight of appliances, use/grip tools/equipment; proficiency in reading, writing, critical thinking, problem-solving, and verbal communications. Must hold a valid Driver’s License. Familiarity with Fair Housing and commitment to abiding by all Fair Housing regulations.
