Description
This is a part-time job for maintenance of 5 single family homes. Need own transportation and tools. Some experience in maintenance necessary such as painting, drywall patching, plumbing, electric, and repair. Flexible hours and days. Sometimes larger jobs will require a 40 hour week, but mostly between 15-20 hours per week. Tenants are all long term and nice. Good communication skills very helpful. Immediate start possible. Weekly pay.
