Real estate developer has need for an "extra set of hands" on site and running errands for a luxury home build. General labor includes sweeping around jobsite.. vacuum daily and on site maintenance for a large luxury home that is under construction. Look at this as an entry into the world of real estate development. The builder here does gorgeous luxury single family homes and larger condominium projects. Need a "go-getter" who can think on his feet and be willing to pitch in where needed. Runs to store/home depot/trade shops possible. Looking to hire for shifts of 4-8 hours depending on workload. More work possible in future. Perfect summer job for students or those looking to get into real estate development from the ground.
