Description

Handyman needed for the Oak Park/River Forest area. We are looking for a person that can change out locks, adjust door closers, perform light plumbing and electrical tasks including but not limited to clearing drains, replacing sink traps, replacing light fixture ballasts, and performing routine maintenance such as adjusting time clocks, replacing emergency light batteries and fixtures, adjusting heating and cooling systems. Knowledge of HVAC and boiler operations a must. Must have car and basic maintenance tools. You may request an application by replying to this posting.
