We are an independent contractor for FedEx Ground. We are looking for full-time high energy drivers with at least one year of driving experience in the last 3 years to immediately join our team. The individual must have strong work ethics and continuous drive to succeed. You will have thorough training with a senior manager who will work hand in hand with you to ensure your success. In your role as a FedEx driver, you will report to the FedEx Ground Terminal in Rialto where you will supervise the loading of your truck, deliver and pick up packages before returning the truck to the terminal at days end. Your responsibilities include; scanning, delivering/picking up packages, pre and post trip vehicle inspection daily, and superior customer service. Compensation starts at $17 / hr. IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR THE DRIVERS POSITION YOU MUST HAVE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING; 1. VERIFIABLE driving experience (Manditory 1 year of driving experience within the past 3 years, not necessarily driving all day every day as long as driving was part of your job. 2. A valid regular driver's license. (Class C) 3. Legal status to work in the USA. 4. Clean Driving Record (no DUI's, cell phone tickets, reckless driving tickets, etc. in the past 3 years. Minor tickets and accidents ok. 5. Clean criminal record. (no major misdemeanors or felonies in past 10 years). 6. Able to pass physical (including drug test). 7. Clear a 10 year DOT background check. 8. Must have conversational English. 9. Must be punctual, energetic, reliable and honest. 10. Must be 21 years of age.
