Local residential home building company seeking General Laborer Description of Job/Duties: • Indoor/outdoor work. • Tasks may include demo, cleaning and preparing a job site, loading and delivering materials, taking down ladders and scaffolding, landscaping, etc. • Be able to follow instructions for a variety of tasks. • Willingness to learn and work within a team. • Be punctual and reliable. • Have a positive attitude. • Valid Driver's License and ability to pass a background check are a MUST. • Must have a fully functioning smart phone for timecard entry. • Experience preferred; Benefits after 90 days; Pay based on experience. • Must have a fully functioning smart phone for timecard entry.
