Looking for an experienced responsible and safety-conscious candidate to assist our Warehouse Manager in running a smooth shift. You would be accountable for the processes and performance involved in the daily activities of the warehouse to achieve established goals. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for maximizing the quality, safety, and productivity of operations. Strong leadership skills and know-how to keep things moving efficiently and carefully are a must! Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm/ Friday am - 2:30pm Responsibilities • Assist in ensuring consistent, accurate, and timely customer order fulfillment • Supervise warehouse employees & helping develop staffing systems • Promote a high level of customer focus and a safe environment • Maintain high standards of efficiency • Recognize employee’s compliance with safety policies, procedures, and best practice • Ensure orders arrive and are dispatched on time to appropriate destinations and in expected quantities Qualifications • Attention to detail/well organized • Ability to operate a forklift • At least 3 years of warehouse experience • Leadership skills • Inventory management
