American West Construction, LLC (AWC) currently has positions available for qualified Scraper operators who are interested in becoming part of our winning team. Through our competent and professional employees, we have established and maintain the reputation as a great contractor. Qualifications: AWC values individuals with a good work ethic, and a "can-do" attitude. We have an immediate need for qualified CAT 627 scraper operators with a minimum of 3 years of experience primarily in overlot grading and subexcavation. Qualified candidates must be able to operate the equipment efficiently and effectively and be able to operate as part of a larger earthmoving equipment spread. For out-of-state, QUALIFIED, PROVEN, TOP OPERATORS we offer $30 per RT hour, $45 per OT hour (avg. 50+ hour work week) AND a per diem of $150 per day. There will be a 3 day try-out period to validate a candidate's abilities. This position is for approximately 6 months with the opportunity to continue if you desire to relocate to CO. ********* AWC offers Paid Time Off (PTO), a 401k, and excellent health care benefits.
