Hello, We're looking for roofing contractor to pull a permit and install 18 squares of architectural shingles in College Park. Materials will be provided, just looking for a labor quote only. Must be able to pull a permit, for some reason College Park requires a permit to replace a roof. Also if the contractor have any framing or foundation experience, we need a quote or inspection of the foundation. Job is ready to go. We have more properties that need roof replacement or repairs.
