Hang a solar shade

Please read entire post! I need to hang a 12 ft solar shade on a balcony. You will need to help me transport the shade from downtown Denver to Wash Park (I do not have a vehicle that can accommodate a 12 ft shade.) It is NOT heavy, only about 40 lbs. Then we need to carry it together up 5 flights of stairs (will not fit in elevator) and then we will have to hang it on the balcony. That means you will need to bring a ladder, too. If you have a helper that would be great. So, to recap: 1. Help transport shade from downtown Denver to Wash Park area. 2. Carry shade up five flights of stairs. 3. Help hang on patio (you will need a ladder). Should take 3-4 hours total.
