Extremely busy real estate investor seeking stucco/concrete workers in lake placid and surrounding areas. I buy, fix and flip houses thru out this area and i am seeking stucco experienced workers. Must have own tools and reliable transportation. If you do drugs or an alcoholic don’t bother calling me. It will not be tolerated!! Must know how to install wood wall decking, paperback lathe, coating and textures. Can pay hourly or by job. I am not seeking a company unless you are at my Rates. We are building our own crews.
