Job Description We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Temporary Warehouse Associate. You will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing, and retrieving stock and other. Salary: $12.00 /hour Alamo Fireworks is offering a $200 signing bonus for those who complete the season, working through July 30, 2021. In addition, we are offering a bonus of $40/week for perfect attendance, for each week, through 7/30/21. *Please note this job offer is contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen. Please look over the job details INCLUDING the pay range prior to applying. We do work longer hours, including some weekends and nights during our selling season. Our team is required to work heavier hours during the selling season including some weekends (primarily June/July). Major Responsibilities Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders Pull inventory, pack boxes, place orders in delivery area Maintain quality and safe service by following organization standards Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping warehouse and yard neat Comply with company’s procedures, rules, and regulations Complete order forms by entering required information Contribute to team effort by accomplishing required results as needed Additional Responsibilities • Clean warehouse, yard, and office building • Perform other related duties as assigned by management • Maintain a clean environment in the warehouse and yard Required Skills Regularly lift and/or move objects 15-50 lbs, occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 80 lbs Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, and kneel Key Performance Indicators Attendance Work performance Work-related initiatives Ideal Candidate High School diploma or equivalent preferred 1-2 years previous warehouse experience preferred Dependable and reliable Must comply with all safety requirements
