Assistant Handyman Basic experience in ready make, painting, ac cleaning, toilet repair, carpet cleaning, minor electricity and plumbing, possessing basic tools is preferred. Picking up trash and handle containers is a daily routine. Must have a valid driver license and reliable transportation to be at work on time and be on call in case of an emergency. You may be required to pick up parts at nearby vendors. You must be able to work with other departments and help them in case you are required to do so including laundry, gardening, housekeeping, stripping and cleaning rooms.
