I'm a former business owner who is looking to get rid of a bunch of stuff that I've been keeping in storage (baking stuff, cake boxes, etc.). Everything is currently crammed into an 8ft x 5ft x 10ft (lwh) space at 383 Grand Concourse.
Just to be 100% upfront the storage unit containing these items is in a part of the facility that is accessible only by (12 or so) stairs. Also this unit is tightly packed. I will be there to help with the moving as well so I'll only need 1 man for the job.
My guess is that we can move this stuff into whatever vehicle you'll be using to cart this stuff away in within 2-3 hours. Please reply with an estimate and the type of vehicle that you have. I was hoping to do this Saturday 6/5 or Sunday 6/6.
