Please See the Positions Available Below: We Are looking for Entry Level Candidates CNC Machine Operator $22 per hr - 8 Night Shift Positions Available 3:00pm - 11:00pm Essential Duties:  Run multiple machines in a cell environment safely (vertical & horizontal).  Check and monitor dimensions on parts and know how to correct them before they go out of tolerance.  Trouble-shoot problems with tooling and fixtures.  Make advanced program changes without supervision.  Have a thorough understanding of features and controls of machines.  Change part programs and check first parts before going to QC for approval.  Physical Requirements:  Ability to remain active and on your feet throughout a 12 hour shift while running multiple machines.  Ability to lift 50 lbs. Machine Maintenance Technician- $18 per hr - 2 Day Shift Positions Available 7:00am - 3:00pm Responsibilities:  Execute tasks as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor.  Maintain the CNC equipment through “Predictive/Preventive Maintenance Program” to prevent excessive downtime & interrupted schedules.  Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, & electrical systems.  Maintain and troubleshoot PLC controlled machining equipment.  Performs other functions as required. Physical Requirements:  Must be able to lift 70 lbs.  May be required to work in confined spaces, under, over, or inside machines.  Must be able to work in hot or cold environments as well as outside in inclement weather conditions.  Must be able to work on ladders, scissor lifts and or booms. Quality Control Mechanical Inspector- $16 per hr - 1 Day Shift Available 7:00am - 3:00pm Mechanical Inspector Requirements and Qualifications:  Capable of working without supervision.  Must be fully versed in surface plate layout techniques using wide range of instruments.  Strong knowledge of GD&T.  Able to monitor SOP to make sure they are adhered to.  Able to perform all kinds of set-up, first piece, in-process and final inspections  Ability to use and program CMM is a plus.  Must have working knowledge of MS Office applications.  Must be able to function and work in a team environment.  Must be organized and maintain accurate and neat files  Ability to communicate effectively.  Ability to detect problems and notify supervisor in a timely manner.  Minimum 5 year experience in a high volume manufacturing environment.
