Construction - Exterior Façade Renovations - IMMEDIATE Queens based Façade General Contractor is seeking an efficient and organized Project Manager/Estimator. Candidate MUST have heavy experience working on Exterior Façade Renovations. We work on an array of building types including residential, commercial, universities, churches, hospitals and landmarks. Our work encompasses all components of the building envelope and underlying structure, facades, roofs, windows, and plazas, and the full complement of materials. Job Responsibilities Will Include: - Assisting in bidding process, prepare take-offs - Overseeing Subcontractors and Jobsite Workmen - Creation and enforcement of project schedules to facilitate on-time completion - Coordination of Architects and Engineers, careful review of drawings - Review maintenance of the building during construction, knowledge of DOB codes, OSHA requirements and Job Safety - Knowledge of Word, Excel, Computer Project Management Software, emails, Preparation of Shop Drawings and Submittals Compensation commensurate with experience.
