Lauderdale for another evening of its staple Dinner Show, BURLESQUE DINNER PARTY. Gatsby's Joint: Part restaurant, part speakeasy, but all authentic vintage & flapper approved!Gatsby's Joint is a speakeasy-themed, full menu, full bar, powerhouse of a supper club with the kind of vibe that ensures every guest will enjoy the finest bespoke cocktails, the most delectable menu items & the friendliest service you could ever expect of any famed 5 Star hidden gem of a restaurant during the Prohibition Era. Moon River Cabaret's BURLESQUE DINNER PARTY, formerly produced in Miami's famed Mimo District Hotel restaurant, The Vagabond, won them Miami New Times's Top Spot out of the 5 Best Burlesque Nights in South Florida, as well as nabbing them the "Best of Miami" Burlesque Show 2017-18. This show, during its year-long Vagabond residency, was originally inspired by the 1950's-60's Mad Men theme to go with the architecture and is now back by popular demand with yet another theme to fit its latest home, the Roaring 20's, with its Flappers, Mobsters, & Classic Jazz... a throwback to the Repeal Day that revolutionized drinking in this country as we know it today. Miami's Moon River Cabaret, founded in 2014, is the art child of two Miami based artists: Actor, singer, comedian, MC and clown, Rio Dios Mio and Cabaret, burlesque, and circus performing artist, Sofia Luna. Together, they enjoy co-creating events, performing, producing, and with their combined nearly 30 years of experience, they continue providing unique, dynamic, and stimulating burlesque and cabaret entertainment unrivaled by any other local homegrown Miami Show. Out of a listing of all Burlesque shows in South Florida by The Miami New Times, they were Voted Best Burlesque Show in 2017, while also taking home the Best of Miami Award for Best Burlesque that same year. With multiple monthly residencies throughpout Miami-Dade & Broward counties each week, they look forward to wooing and wowing new audiences wherever they perform.
