In this camp you will learn how to make a pate sucre. We will use our sucre to bake fresh fruit tarts & tartlets. We will also cover glazing and the esthetics of fruit arrangements.June 20 camp:
In this camp you will learn how to make a pate brisee. We will use our brisee to bake a summer vegetable galette. We will also make a filling for our galette.
