The event includes guided Heart Light Meditation, suitable for anyone from beginners to advanced practitioners, the Heart Light Blessing Field, for deep meditation benefits, and exquisite music and silence. One Heart Light: Meditation & Blessing events deliver exactly what we need every time! Seating is limited, so pre-register. Chairs are available on a first come, first serve basis. Yoga props and blocks are provided. You are welcome to bring a blanket or additional cushions for comfort. Experience journals (digital or paper) are recommended to unpack everything that you experience. ** No shoes are allowed in the meditation hall. You can place your shoes in convenient storage.
