Donate to Laura's Treasure Trove at Mary Taylor Memorial UMC (formerly Trash & Treasures) Registration is required to drop off your "goods" at the church. Please use this link: Registration page - Date & Time We’re very happy that we can begin scheduling appointments to receive your donations. Before scheduling, please review these friendly reminders regarding our policies and Covid-19 protocols: Everyone dropping off donations must wear a mask and be mindful of social distancing. Please bring your items to the basement door and we will accept them from you as only Laura’s team members are allowed in the building. NOTE: Unfortunately, shopping will not be possible during your appointment time. Please be on time for your appointment. If you are unable to keep it, please contact Jane Ayers at 203-494-2415 prior to your appointment time DONATIONS POLICY: Only fall/winter clothing in good and clean condition will be accepted. The following items CANNOT be accepted: Automotive parts; Books over 10 years old or with musty odors; Outdated computer books; Cookbooks; Clothing in poor or soiled condition; Toilets; Computers or printers; Car seats; Beds or mattresses; Large entertainment centers; Large exercise equipment; Food or beverages; Hangers; Helmets of any kind; VHS tapes or records; Cassette Tapes; Propane tanks of any size; Any items in poor condition with missing parts or needing repair. Appointments are currently available on June 10, 11, 17, 19 at the specified available time slots. If these dates/times are not convenient for you and you have an immediate need to drop off your donation, please call the church office. Any church member who is unable to sign up electronically can also call the church office at 203-874-1982 to schedule an appointment.
