Description
We are currently seeking Remediation Technicians to provide in depth, detail-oriented services in private homes and businesses. Training will be provided however, individuals with previous experience within the water, fire and mold or janitorial industries are ideal candidates.
This position requires an excellent driving record, professional appearance, positive attitude, excellent communication and organization skills. Advancement will require skills such as supervising other technicians and some computer proficiency. Full and part time positions are available.
*Required Skills*
· Restoration remediation experience a plus but not required
· Ability to follow directions
· General construction experience (not required, but preferred)
· Able to lift 50 lbs
· Ability to focus on the task with minimal supervision
· Clean-cut appearance
· Your own reliable transportation to the office each day
· English is a must. Bilingual is a plus.
· Clean criminal background & ability to pass a drug test
· Valid driver's license with a clean record
