They create songs about shedding city-anxieties like snakeskin in favor of rolling with coyotes in the dust of twilight, sketching out new constellations and weaving strange harmonies in the cedarsmoke dark. Creekbed formed as a collaboration between Rachel Gramig and Jesse Wooten, two children of the southeast who found musical kinship in the shadow of the Colorado front range. They are joined by Jim Mattox, whose guitar and banjo strings keep the far flung kite of Creekbed’s harmonies anchored to the earth. Creekbed is writing, touring, and recording an album comprised of coyote yips, canyon howls, forest whispers and starryskied silence. Companion Facebook | Instagram | Twitter ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
