We are finalizing our 2nd annual #Juneteenth commemoration at Fort Monroe this week. ‼The deadline for vendors and food trucks to register is Sunday June 6th. ‼ #FortMonroe is where the first Africans were brought to Virginia beginning our lives as slaves. From those 20 or some odd Ancestors birthed the entire nation now known as African Americans. #BLM757 Feels as if it is very necessary to honor our ancestors whenever we can.
