Join us on June 11th for a four course Wine Lunch celebrating our favorite summer leafy greens.
Salads Days, a time of youthful inexperience or early flourishing. Or, in Chef Shawn's mind, an excuse to play with some of his favorite leafy greens. Here at Chaz, we love salads, but we also know that for many they might not be the most exciting course of the meal. So for this month's Somm Club, Executive Chef Shawn Hartwig has created a four course lunch to show what can happen when your favorite salad greens take center stage. And just in case the idea of a salad lunch without the salad is not appealing enough, each course will be paired with a wine selected by Sommelier Jordan Carver. Four courses of wine and summer fare, not a bad way to start the weekend.
