Needs new wiring & outlets installed on existing 100amp box, then heavily insulated with my material and then drywalled and mudded. My budget is what it is and it’s cash once JOB IS COMPLETE. No prepay options when you tell me what materials you will need ready and awaiting your labor using your tools. Must sign waiver stating you will not sue me for any on job injuries.
