Beginner Skate Class for those who have skated before or need a refresher!
This class is built for those who haven’t skated in a while or need to brush up on basic skating techniques. This class is a refresher on the 5 basic skating skills: how to fall, how to get up, how to stand, how to start, and how to toe stop. It will teach the basic fundamentals of roller skating including but not limited to safety, balancing, stability, as well as improving basic skating ability. You’ll also be introduced to line routines, basic backwards skating, and basic spins. The instructors will have a chance to assess your skill and comfort level.
SKATE FITNESS is a roller skating initiative that provides Rhythm Roller Skating lessons.
